Eligible Service Territory: Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria
1. Campaign Structure & Operational Scope
- Open-Ended Program: The FLOF Star Campaign officially launches on August 16, 2026, operating on an open-ended basis subject to FLOF Co.’s review.
- Strict Geographical Restriction: Participation for both the Referrer and the Referee is strictly limited to residents residing within Nsukka, Enugu State. Referrals of individuals located outside Nsukka are void and constitute a direct violation of campaign terms.
- Discretionary Modification & Sunset Terms: FLOF Co. reserves the exclusive right to alter reward rates, pause, or terminate the campaign at any time with prior notice. Upon program termination, FLOF Co. retains the right to freeze accruals and expire or sweep unspent reward balances.
2. Reward & Commission Structure

- Rate Flexibility: FLOF Co. retains full authority to adjust the ₦1,000 sign-up reward or the 1% recurring purchase commission at any point during the campaign lifecycle. Adjustment of the reward amount and/or percentage will not affect already earned rewards. Already earned rewards can only be lost by termination of the campaign.
3. Settlement, Returns & Reconciliation Safeguards
- 12-Hour Reconciliation Window: Commission earned on a referee's grocery order remains in a pending state for 12 hours following confirmed delivery.
- Returns & Cancellations: If an order (in whole or in part) is canceled, returned, or refunded within the 12-hour window, the commission associated with that transaction will be automatically voided.
4. FLOF Wallet Rules & Redemption
- 100% Wallet Coverage: There is no wallet usage cap. Users can apply their accumulated FLOF Wallet balance to cover up to 100% of any grocery order.
- No Minimum Spend: Credits can be redeemed on any basket size without a minimum order threshold.
- Strict Non-Withdrawal Policy: All rewards are credited solely as FLOF Wallet store credit. They carry no cash surrender value, cannot be cashed out or transferred to external bank accounts, and must be spent strictly within the FLOF ecosystem.
5. Fair Use, Location Compliance & Anti-Fraud Policy
- Out-of-Location Referrals: Generating sign-ups for individuals outside Nsukka, Enugu State to game the ₦1,000s strictly prohibited. Accounts identified with out-of-boundary referrals will be immediately disqualified.
- Self-Referral & Device Manipulation: Creating secondary accounts, using temporary/disposable email addresses, burner phone numbers, or spoofed devices will result in immediate disqualification.
- Enforcement: Any violation will lead to the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated FLOF Wallet credits and potential permanent suspension of the user’s FLOF account. The customer can appeal this process of suspension, with Flof retaining the feedback on such suspension and may or may not give reason.
